President

Vic has spent the past 28 years of his 38-year career in healthcare consulting and product development. His personal vision statement best reflects his focus:

“To close the gap that exists between advances in health sciences and technology for health care groups who have a vision to increase clincal effectiveness and operational efficiency.”

Since 1987, Vic has been focused on program development to improve individual self-care within populations, through group work and eventually integrating interactive web-based tools. In 1987 as a Business Consultant, he developed emotional intelligence and resilience training implemented in the workplace. In 1999 as CEO of Alive publishing group, he published information on the brain’s neuroplasticity and the link between relationship and mental health with a 1.4m monthly readers. Alive also distributed health-based accredited training courses in 3 continents.

In 2004 he founded the Alive for Wellness 30-day in-patient program for people desiring to overcome a mental health struggle and a 60-day app/telephone after care program which still operates today (www.aliveforwellness.life). In 2008 he partnered with Dr. Scott Miller and Dr. Barry Duncan and and co-founded MyOutcomes (MyOutcomes.com), a clinical tool that helps behavioral health clinicians increase their clinical effectiveness and was a recipient of the national United Kingdom’s Mental Health Innovation Of The Year award. MyOutcomes is approved by the US Joint Commission and certified by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration. MyOutcomes is currently used in over 24 countries by private and governmental mental health clinics, the US Military, and over 28 universities in clinical training. Over 13 randomized clinical trials confirm that using MyOutcomes can double the effect size of mental health clinicians.

In 2015, motivated to make advanced neural, behavioral, and social sciences more affordable and accessible to all people, Vic lead a group of thought-leading academics, clinical professionals, and educators and founded The Resilient Mind Project that supports and trains people who exhibit a readiness to change and wish to increase their resilience (www.theresilientmind.life).

Currently Vic is the team leader at Streamline who is made up of business consultants and software developers. Chris Sherback,

Chief Operating Officer

Chris began his career as an auditor with Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he learned how various businesses approach the same problem with different system designs and varying levels of success. Having developed a flexible approach to problem solving, he then moved into the healthcare field by joining Ormed Information Systems, where he designed accounting and business management systems for hospitals and clinics. Chris soon became President & CEO of Ormed, which initially had only one product that ran in a handful of hospitals and clinics in Western Canada. Over the course of the next 20 years, he used his role to guide Ormed into becoming an industry leader, with 25 products running in over 280 healthcare organizations throughout Canada and the United States. Dale Gregg

Chief Technology Officer

Dale Gregg has exhibited throughout his career strong master builder competencies that started in the automotive industry, construction engineering, and progressed to mechanical engineering and now AI and computer sciences. Early in his career when confronted with a problem by one of his customers, Dale purchased his first computer and learned to program in order to solve the problem. This would be a recurring theme in his career where he would be confronted with a problem, design a solution, and then develop the skills necessary to execute to completion.

Discovering a love for software and computers at a time when the microcomputer was just taking off, Dale started down a path of software development that would last for 30 years. After Earning his Microsoft Certified Professional and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer certifications Dale became the Chief Technology Officer for Ormed Information Systems for 23 years and built the Ormed product line from a single program focused on materials management for hospitals to a suite of products encompassing over 22 fully integrated systems covering the areas of supply chain management, finance, human capital management, e-commerce, and systems management. Issac Thomas,

Project Manager, IT

Issac earned a master’s degree in Software Engineering and has over 10 years of work experience. He worked as a Software Developer with multiple MNC’s including Cognizant, Infosys, Fidelity Investments and Deloitte.

Managing multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment, Issac developed strong project management and client relation skills. He is fluent in a variety of computer languages such as: hybrid, native iOS/ Android mobile application development, web applications with different software platforms like PHP, C#, Drupal, Angular, Java. Issac has created numerous custom applications for clients across various domains including healthcare, Insurance & Finance.

Issac’s role at Streamline is the first point of contact to gain clarity on the client’s needs and to create planning documentation to ensure the client’s vision is carefully articulated. He then works to create technical specifications with estimated hours and critical path schedules leading to project management and client reporting. His client relations skills, technical competencies together with his abilities to understand the organization’s products and services makes Issac an integral asset to the success of client project.

Taner Cigeroglu,
B.Eng., MS

Chief Developer, MyOutcomes

Taner leads our software development team and has an extensive background in software architecture development and design. His experience in .NET and overall software development skills help the fast adoption and implementation of new technologies with high quality results.

He has a bachelor’s degree in engineering and a master’s in computer science combined with over 15 years of work experience. Taner is also instrumental in implementing new software applications into business environments and to date over 600 organizations use cloud base software developed by Taner and his team.

Sharon Blady.,
PhD.

Client Services

Sharon began her career as an academic, teaching and researching across a variety of disciplines, honing the ability to optimize and connect information from diverse sources while ensuring accessible and cogent presentation and delivery. Her abilities in these areas were further utilized and enhanced when she was elected into the Manitoba Legislature and crafted two pieces of first-in-Canada legislation before being appointed a cabinet minister.

As Minister of Healthy Living, and later Minister of Health, her ability to work with stakeholders, departments, and front-line healthcare providers demonstrated her strength in interpersonal and systems analysis skills, and her agility in addressing issues management and strategic planning holistically. Her history of mental health issues also provided unique insight into how to better reform mental health and healthcare policy through the lens of lived experience. Sharon’s work within the Streamline team provides expertise as a public speaker, consultant, and facilitator.

Karl A. Peuser,
PhD.

Director, Research & Security

Karl, who earned his doctorate at the University of Missouri-Columbia, leads the research and development team for Human Performance. His primary focus is to analyze client data in order to evaluate and provide effective remedial actions for client solutions.

Karl’s academic and applied experience in experimental psychology and neurosciences provides the experience needed to ensure client solutions utilize the most advanced methodologies and technologies available. A past Robert S. Daniel Teaching Fellow, he has taught over twenty different courses in psychology, neuroscience, research, history of science and behavior. A recipient of the Research Society on Alcoholism Junior Investigator Award, he has also completed research on the physiological basis of learning and memory which provides valuable insights towards enhancing human performance for our clients.

Linda Shevkinic,
MA, MPCC

Health App Development Director

Linda Shevkinic is a key participant in designing health apps. As a master level therapist her experience in one on-one-and group therapy provides valuable insights into user interface, user experience and content derived from advanced behaviour, social and neural sciences that user friendly. Her dedication to working in the trenches with those who experience mental health struggles has been invaluable in the development of a multitude of apps projects. Linda has a strong conviction that the long-term solutions to mental and emotional pain cannot be solved by medication alone. Instead of just treating the symptom, her work as a therapist addresses the results produced from ACE’s (Adverse Childhood Experiences). In addition to her use of traditional therapy modalities, Linda has completed advanced studies and the practice of EMDR.
